Terms of Service

DEMO runs sponsor-funded, time-limited, limited-quantity offers ("drops") at participating venues, plus a loyalty points wallet at some venues. There's no app to install and nothing to sign up for — your email or mobile number is what identifies your claim.

Claiming a drop gets you a one-time code shown on your screen. One claim per person per drop, tracked by your contact — claiming the same drop again with a different email or number is fraud (see "Fair use," below), not a workaround.

Every code — from a drop, a loyalty reward, or an earn code — works once and expires at a set time. Once it's redeemed or its window closes, it stops working, and we can't reissue, extend, or reactivate it.

A venue's own staff verify your code at the counter and honor the offer — DEMO doesn't hand over, ship, or fulfill anything directly. Any conditions on the offer (dine-in only, a minimum spend, a party size, and so on) are set by the venue and shown on the drop before you claim it.

DEMO never takes or holds payment for a drop or a reward. If an offer isn't fully free — a percentage off, for example — you settle the rest directly with the venue at the counter.

Claiming the same drop more than once, giving false contact details, or otherwise gaming a drop or the loyalty program is grounds for us to refuse or cancel a claim, without notice.

Drops are limited-quantity and time-windowed on purpose. We don't guarantee a drop will still be available by the time you claim it, and a drop selling out isn't a failure of anything — it's the mechanic working as intended.

DEMO is provided as-is. We don't warrant that the service will always be available, that a venue will always honor a valid code, or that any given drop will run again.

To the extent the law allows, DEMO's liability arising from a claim, a drop, or a reward is limited to the value of that offer.

Points are earned at participating venues and spent on rewards, which produce a normal claim code redeemed the same way as a drop. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

We can update these terms, or the conditions on a specific drop. Whatever conditions are shown on a drop at the moment you claim it are the ones that apply to that claim.

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
